Exchange & Return Policy

 For any reason, you can use your exchange and return rights; www.cuaatelier.com accepts timely exchanges and returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us via info@cuaatelier.com for your exchange or return request. Our team will inform you about the exchange/refund process.

• Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by the return information e-mail.
• Your items must be unused and returned in the original conditions, packaging. We are not responsible for the damages of shipping.
• Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the customization details are correct. No cancellation nor alteration may be made once a customized order has been placed. It is not possible to request customization for items after an order has been placed or delivered.
• Once the return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
• Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned items. We cannot refund international duties and taxes.
• Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
• Due to the hygiene standards, we will not be able to accept returns items like earrings or piercings.
• Jewelry products whose prices are constantly changing depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets.
